It definitely shouldn't feel restrictive or like you are eating the same 3 things.

It should be stress-free so you can be fully present with your partner & kids, and enjoy your time with your loved ones. It should be manageable, so you don't feel restricted or like you need to deprive yourself to make-up for that extra glass of wine, or unexpected night of takeout.
Fitness should be a reward, a blessing, and a good thing, not be used as a sliding scale based on how much you indulged. It should be used to help you feel good and as another tool in helping you reach your goals, not as punishment for enjoying the holidays.

Hey there! I am Kiana, the founder of Encompass Strength. I have my BS in Exercise Science, have been training clients 1:1 for 4 years, and got the opportunity to complete and internship with the Boston Bruins Strength and Conditioning department (you can learn more about the various certifications I hold here). It is important to me that you find success in whichever path you choose. Programs are created with all different goals in mind, as well as a variety of workout experience. Each exercise comes with a video to demonstrate how to do each exercise correctly, so you'll never have to guess or wonder if you are doing it correctly. I cannot wait to watch your transformation and success within the program!
