Hey there! I am Kiana, the founder of Encompass Strength. I have my BS in Exercise Science, have been training clients 1:1 for 4 years, and got the opportunity to complete and internship with the Boston Bruins Strength and Conditioning department (you can learn more about the various certifications I hold here). It is important to me that you find success in whichever path you choose. Programs are created with all different goals in mind, as well as a variety of workout experience. Each exercise comes with a video to demonstrate how to do each exercise correctly, so you'll never have to guess or wonder if you are doing it correctly.
