The Encompass Strength Clients Only FB Group is loaded with resources and is great support for all clients. The FB group is open to all clients in the Membership, 1:1 Training, and clients who choose to purchase any of the specialized programs!
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. Hey there! I am Kiana, the founder of Encompass Strength. I have my BS in Exercise Science, have been training clients 1:1 for 4 years, and got the opportunity to complete and internship with the Boston Bruins Strength and Conditioning department (you can learn more about the various certifications I hold here). It is important to me that you find success in whichever path you choose. Programs are created with all different goals in mind, as well as a variety of workout experience. Each exercise comes with a video to demonstrate how to do each exercise correctly, so you'll never have to guess or wonder if you are doing it correctly. You'll also gain access to the Client FB Group where you can ask me any and all questions, as well as show and receive support from other clients. I cannot wait to watch your transformation and success within the program!

Kiana became my trainer at a local gym and from our first session, my fitness journey became possible. She taught me to trust my body. Kiana knew I could do things that I had no clue I could accomplish. I had never been a person that felt like I fit in at the gym. We started in the women’s room because she supported what I needed to get going. She gave me the confidence in myself to move out to the regular gym and to not doubt that I belonged there. She had me! I began as someone who was afraid to sweat and now because of her encouragement, support and kick ass attitude; I am a woman who knows how to get strong.
For now I do not get to have her physically next to me when I workout and though I miss her terribly she is always there. Yes I do mean I can hear her in my head telling to just keep pushing. However it’s more! I can text her with anything. She reminds me of exercises I’ve forgotten. She’ll respond to me in text while I’m trying something just to assure me I am strong and I will do it.
